What is the ACTS Retreat and how may it change your life?

We are ACTS Missions and our mission statement is to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ among Catholic communities by promoting, consulting in, facilitating, and coordinating ACTS retreats.

An ACTS retreat is a Catholic lay retreat presented by fellow parishioners.  Talks and activities during the retreat focus on Adoration, Community, Theology, and Service.  Holy Scripture and the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church are the guides for the retreats.

We are pleased to offer this new level of communications in our quest to bring the Good News of Jesus Christ through the inspiration of the ACTS retreat.  As you journey through our website we hope you will discover a new way to become another of His workers in the vineyard, and will join us in our ministry.

 ACTS Missions is totally supported by the generosity of ACTS Brothers and Sisters.  Your support allows ACTS Missions:

      1)to help support parishes in the form of scholarships for people wanting to live an ACTS weekend but are unable to pay the tuition,

      2)to provide training workshops and

      3)to support the ongoing evangelization process. 

One of the ways that you can join us in our ministry is to become a contributing (paid) member of the ACTS Missions websites.  Becoming a contributing member will entitle you to access many pages that you don’t see at the Public level.  Once you become a member of ACTS Missions on the National site, we will automatically make you a member of the Chapter web site that corresponds to your home city (you can also sign up for ACTS Missions membership through your Chapter website).

PLEASE NOTE: Membership is reserved for ACTS Brothers and Sisters who have experienced at least one ACTS retreat. If you're new to ACTS Missions, and have yet to experience a retreat, we ask that you go back to the article "NEW TO ACTS" posted above which was written to welcome you to our ministry.
