 Our home is 2 hours from San Juan International Airport (SJU).  There is also Mercedita Airport (PSE) out of Ponce (30 mins) and Rafael Hernandez Airport (BQN) out of Aguadilla, PR (1 hour 45 mins). 

 You will want to rent a car if you want to explore other areas of the island.

 Adjuntas is in the mountains.  Nearest beach 25 minutes in Ponce.  

You will have the house all to yourself.  Our farm employee works M-F from 8:00am – 1:00pm.  He has a fob to the gate and would be on the property.

Adjuntas, known as “Ciudad del Gigante Dormido” (City of the Sleeping Giant), is a small mountainside town and municipality in Puerto Rico located in the central midwestern portion of the island on the Cordillera Central northwest of Ponce.  (Circled in blue on above map) Our property is gated and sits on 9 acres of lush tropical jungle.  Coffee is our primary crop.  We also grow plantains, bananas and scattered citrus and avocado trees.  You can explore the western coast, hike the property or simply relax in the hammock.  At night, the coquis will lull you to sleep.  Temperatures are 10-15 degrees cooler than in the city.

This site is dedicated to Notre Rêve, our holiday home in Port Guillaume, a resort in Dives-sur-Mer, a quaint village on the Channel coast (Côte Fleurie) in Normandy, France. This area, steeped in history, is an ideal holiday destination for discriminating travelers the world around.  

Notre Rêve is a two-bedroom, self-catering holiday condo (sleeping 6) located in Dives-sur-Mer – in the department of Calvados, in the Basse-Normandie (Lower Normandy) region of France, on the coast of the English Channel. Our condo is in the Les Marines section of a resort development called Port Guillaume. Neighboring towns on either side are Cabourg and Houlgate, both of which have casinos and lovely beaches (the Cabourg beach is a 500 meter/6 minute walk from Port Guillaume via a foot bridge).

A little over two hours driving distance from Paris, and twenty minutes from Normandy’s capital city Caen and the historic D-Day beaches and Memorial, Dives-sur-Mer was the embarkation point for William the Conqueror’s invasion of England in 1066. Twenty minutes west is the town of Ouistreham, where a car ferry runs from Portsmouth, England. Dives-sur-Mer is just over a three-hour drive from Calais, where the Channel Tunnel terminates. An S.N.C.F. station right inside Port Guillaume allows one to catch a train to (and from) Paris — a little over two hours to the Gare St. Lazare!
